I got these after reading reviews. They are great. What I LOVE is the container they come in. It’s a display case, and to remove a bit from the front row, you pull it up and then it pops right out. When you seat it back in (standing up) and press it back to laying down, it’s fixed in place. They don’t fall out, and they are easy to get out and put away. This may sound silly, but in the past, it was a bit of a struggle to force bits in and out of their containers.

My main goal in purchasing these is during my wood working, when I need to drill a couple pilot holes, so I can then put in a couple anchor screws, before I add the rest of the pilot holes. This involves me switching to the drill bit, then back to the screw bit, then back to the drill bit, and finally back to the screw bit.

I’ve built a number of projects where I’ve had to do this. It was aggravating, and spurred me to purchase these expensive bits.

And, when paired with a quick bit holder, I can pop in my new drill bit, take it out and pop in the screw bit. It works really well, although the drill bit is a bit wobbly. It works well enough though.

So far, I’ve drilled wood and 2mm steel without any problems. This set also has a goo range of sizes.

The only negative really is the case is very stiff. I can’t remove the bits with my fingers. If you get this, I recommend you use pliers to remove the bits a few times until the holes loosen up.

Little pricey, but better than key chuck method

  7. Stewart Lucas

I have had zero issues out of these bits. Great case and a great price!

  8. MACE

Wonderful drill bits for a wonderful driver. I found it “hard” to remove the bits from the case holders and since they are so sharp you need to be a bit careful or you can lacerate your fingers.

If you are sharper than the bit, you’ll do fine.

This is the second set I bought. If you use them correctly they hold up. Nice to be able to use your impact driver instead of going to find a drill. It saves time on the job

I got this for general use around the house and some light duty. Perfect fit. I got a great deal. I’m very happy with the purchase. A++
