These reviews don't really say much so here's the most honest review after working here. I worked as a picker. There's 3 stories in the warehouse. You use the stairs. You have a scanner that tells you the item you're picking and where it is located. You could be picking an item off floor 1 and the next item is on floor 3. You walk up the stairs and across the 300 isles and pick the item. Then your next item is back on floor 1, across the warehouse where you just came from. I don't know how people work here full time as a picker. The way they have their picking organized in the system is shockingly bad. Amazon is wasting so much manpower by not organizing pickers in certain areas. It's like the basics of Lean Six Sigma. If you end up working here, be prepared to walk...A LOT. The managers....what managers? I worked here for 8 months and spoke to a "manager" 2 times and that was during onboarding...They only talk to you when your pick rate is low. Other than onboarding, you'll never hear from these people. You'll SEE them sitting at a desk collecting a paycheck doing absolutely nothing half the time. They tell you during onboarding you need to average like 75+ items an hour. I averaged 110+. The only thing they care about is making their sure their items get picked. They had lots of VTO (voluntary time off) when I worked there. I was getting paid $19.35+shift diff. Now you can expect to make about $17.35 INCLUDING shift diff. They cut new employee pay for whatever reason instead of addressing BASIC supply logic which is probably costing them millions across the warehouses in wasted manpower alone. I had previous experience in supply and logistics and realizing how inefficient this place is ran made me hate coming to work. If you end up working here, good luck, stay hydrated, and stretch your legs often.

As a disabled veteran I enjoy working here because they treat me with respect and understand my limitations.
