The sound quality is amazing and the ability to control the volume is good! The LED on the headset aren’t all synced so you’ll notice them having different colors but still very nice. The headset is comfortable and does not hurt my ears. The mic cuts in & out for me and is a bit quiet so I am unsure how to increase the mic volume so others can hear me. Overall, the quality is amazing and worth the money!

I had to order a 2nd pair, because our dog chewed the wire!

The plastic used in its construction is prone to creaking and flexing, and it gives an overall impression of fragility. It’s disheartening to discover that these marketing tactics are employed to deceive potential buyers.
