The PC work great for my task with Ai and other high end workload no problem par it withhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C7Q3F42D?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 you don’t have to have it but its nice add on it had to be place in the front plate its just a plastic clip with a small grating its a tight fit but it works.

I bought this during the Prime Days sale. I wanted something that could grow more the than the MiniPC I’ve been using. I’m only a casual gamer, but am a software architect so a solid PC is a requirement for my work. For me the RTX4060 is plenty, but I can always update later. The Ryzen 7700 (not 7700X) is slightly more powerful than the MiniPC’s 7840HS (a laptop processor) – unnoticeably so… But again it can be upgraded and the motherboard can be updated to even Ryzen 8000 series, or what I plan to – the 7950X (a 16 core, 32 thread beast). The included 16 GB(2x 8GB) though just doesn’t make sense these days, and woefully inadequate for my needs as I may have 3 or 4 versions of Visual Studio, plus Word, browser windows, development tools, and emulators all going at the same time. That brings me to the reason I took 1 star away — the MSI website for this PC is WRONG. The motherboard is not a PRO B650-VC WIFI but a PRO B650-VC WIFI II (note the II at the end). The biggest difference being that the II has 2 memory slots, and the non-II has 4. My thought was to add RAM to bring it up to at least 32 for the time being, but seeing as the RAM had to be replaced, I went ahead and purchased 96GB (2X 48GB sticks).

This was the first MSI machine I have purchased, and it is a fantastic pre-build. Plenty of room for things on the SSD, which is actually a m.2 ssd, so that was a big bonus. 16 GB is a good medium for RAM, but I think I’ll double it in the near future. It has 4 case fans, the lighty uppy ones, and I am surprised at how quiet it is. CPU runs around 50c, so cooling is fairly good. I did have a slight hiccup when I first got PC. The motherboard was faulty and needed to be sent back for repair, however MSI was super fast with the turnaround, so I can’t complain really. It’s up and running smoothly, plays all the games I like at full high settings, and is very quick.

Good entry level gaming computer. There’s room for expansion and upgrades. The led fans are pretty decent and not very loud.

  5. Pando

Pc has great specs and runs smooth. I did upgrade memory.

The system is set up and ready to plug in and start playing right away.

The lights and colors from the case are just an extra fun bonus. Even for someone who keeps the tower under his desk, it’s still noticeable and adds something to the overall look.

Processing performance is good all around. I have been using it almost daily for several months and have had no issues at all.

If you’re a RAM overclocker that plans to use XMP you won’t care that this PC is being shipped with only 2 slots for RAM but if you’re not that person then do NOT order this PC. They are shipping this OC with only two slots. This will limit how you can upgrade your memory. It comes with 32GB. If you determine you need more memory you’ll have to throw out their memory and buy larger pairs like two 32GB sticks. This will be significantly more expensive than picking up a pair of 16GB sticks and putting them in slots 3 and 4.

I called MSI support. They at first tried to suggest it should have four slots as the motherboard spec’d for this OC indicates on their site that they have 4 slots. He later indicates that this does indeed happen at MSI. My sense is that if they don’t have enough motherboards that are spec’d for the build they throw something in that is comparable. This, to me, is inexcusable. When I buy tech, I need to be able to rely on specs and this basically means I’m never going to buy an MSI system as I am not a fan of buying and returning since most of it ends up in landfill. Better to out of stock a system than send an inferior product. Shame on you MSI. Amazon should contact all recipients of this system and give them the option to return or get a credit to reflect that they were sent a subpar system. I’m going to alert Amazon to this issue and I’m not holding my breath.

I bought to exclusively play Sims 4 on, with hella mods and CC lol so far so good and holding up well!!!!! love the colors! love the lights on the keyboard and mouse that it comes with. not sure if it’s the best or not but it’s fine for me .. for now. speedy fast, at least faster than my old all in one PC I was using 🙃 I’m not a PC builder expert or anything so I don’t know if what I bought came with the correct parts or what have you but for the price I paid, im not complaining .. all I know is it’s cute and it runs my Sims amazingly on ULTRA ( I haven’t been able to do that since Sims 3 came out 😅)

oh and the hubs plays his COD on it an no complaints there, so yeah 😏 great buy 👍🏾
