This brand-new textbook was supposed to come with an access code for online accessibility. When I scratched to reveal the code, no code was there. I contacted the seller multiple times who was supposed to provide me with a new code from the publisher. After several attempts made on my end, I never heard back from the seller to resolve this issue. This book is on the thicker side, so it’s not ideal to carry back and forth. Would have loved to the online version to use while at work as a dermatology PA-C.

The book is wonderful with updated recent information. Easy to read and understand.
However my huge problem was the courier company you used. Local Aramex is so unprofessional looks like they are so clueless . They don’t understand customer care. I’ve never received that standard of care from a courier company before. It’s a disgrace.
