I got this as part of a deal when I purchased a FireTV. I liked it so I picked the stick as the ‘reward’ and use it on another TV. Super easy to set up, it linked to my Amazon account, grabbed the settings from my TV and poof! A few logins and we’re ready to go. I’ve tried it on several TVs throughout the house and it works perfectly from an old 720 to a full-on 4k big screen. No lag, or other issues so far except one.
I haven’t loaded that many apps, but it’s already popping up that storage is full. Since I didn’t get the max, I don’t have additional storage, so I had to go and dump a bunch of caches (should have a ‘dump all’) in order to clear up space for the updates. Moving things off the stick helped as well, but it looks like all the apps will have to be run from the cloud or it’ll just plain run out of space.
Great unit, just be aware of the limitations.

The 4K Fire TV Stick is super easy to set up. The on-screen instructions are clear, and I had everything up and running in no time.
This is my second Fire TV Stick, and both have been fantastic! I also own the HD version, which still works great. I moved that one to my fitness room and got the 4K version for my bedroom. The 4K model performs much faster and smoother than my Samsung Smart TV, and I love it!
Since moving back to Thailand, I’ve been pleased to find that the Fire TV Stick works seamlessly with apps like Netflix, YouTube, Max, and Prime Video. If you want access to even more content, like in the U.S., you can simply download a VPN app from the App Store. I couldn’t be happier with it!

I bought this for an older Smart TV, a 2013 and was unsure if it would work. The remote paired immediately and I was able to connect to the internet too, though that took a little longer than I expected. However, the instructions were adequate and it worked fine. After I signed into Amazon Prime (easy) and Netflix (a little harder) everything was great. I did not use the short jumper that came with it, but instead used the regular power cord. The included HDMI extender was very helpful in providing a few extra inches to help the power cord reach the outlet.

I bought this Fire Stick because the TV i was using was slow and I heard you could use it as it uses its own Fire OS, which is better and more compatible with the apps that I use on my own TV.
This Firestick also allows for sideloading apps onto it unlike most stock OS on normal tvs, which make it more bang for your buck!
The shipping was fast and on time even considering the major events happening for amazon. The unboxing experience was good, batteries are provided, packaging is sleek and very clean, they even provide you with an extension cord incase the length of the provided one is short.
The setup for it is easy and simple, you have to plug in the stick to your hdmi and you plug the sticks wire into an outlet to be used.
The actual user is really nice and simple, the only fall back that I could see is the mic sometimes not picking up stuff but thats really rare to see, this was a 10/10 buy for me considering my circumstances.
