The computer came shipped nice nothing broke hooked everything up did all the updates. Everything‘s working fine but the best part is there is absolutely no bloatware that I can find on this computer. I love it! Haven’t gamed with it yet but should be fine from all the other reviews.

Arrived well packaged with no damage. Excellent value for the hardware. Machine was well built at the factory. Very fast and runs cool and quiet. Allow the RGB software to be enabled on startups to keep saved RGB settings. Works great for gaming and blender rendering. Plenty of room to upgrade hardware down the road as needed. Setup was fast and easy.

I went from being a non PC owner to an owner of a top 5% PC. Can’t slow this down.

Great for price. Running 240fps perfectly in Fortnite. Everything is great but probably should upgrade the graphics card after awhile just due to 4060 performance. Runs spider man at the highest graphics perfectly. Overall a great prebuilt pc.

I purchased this PC back in December 30th 2023. It was working ok but did hear a clicking noise upon the initial start up I didn’t think anything of it. Several months have gone by and suddenly today 5/8/2024 the PC made the same clicking and then it shutdown. It won’t turn on now. I believe that the power supply is to small in wattage for all the components. In the past I’ve always purchased straight from the manufacturer. But this deal was to hard to pass up.

Prior to purchasing, I held a high regard for Thermaltake due to their extensive mark on the pc component space (mainly their high-quality fans, power supplies, and cases). When I seen this prebuilt computer on sale for $800 I was very intrigued and wondered if you were actually to receive the advertised and specified (pictured) components, particularly ASRock motherboard. Upon ordering and receiving the computer at my doorstep, I was shocked and utterly excited that I had received exactly what is depicted – and may I say it looks better in person.
After about a week of use I noticed that the system would take about three seconds to turn on after I would press the power button, which was a concern of mine, so I reached out to the Thermaltake costumer support. After putting in a support ticket over the matter, I was given a very anxiety-calming response just an hour later letting me know it was normal. The customer support team at Thermaltake is awesome and the computers they build for us are as well!
I 100% recommend this computer to anybody weighing their options and will update this review in time if need be!

Config: I5 13400F, 4060
I recently ordered this PC and have been nothing but happy with what I got. The PC arrived quickly and in safe, secure packaging. Upon arrival, there was an expanding foam packed inside the case, and pieces of foam in between almost every component. The PC is quiet, and performs very well. Also, it has great aesthetics. It comes with all white components and cables (other than the motherboard), and comes with a useful paper listing all of the compatible ARGB software depending on your motherboard. Would buy again.

I originally bought this because the brand itself had good reviews, it was very competitively priced and the component list came to about roughly the same price so it felt like a good value.
Pros: good price, good cable management (minus one exception which I will elaborate on at the end), plug and play after initial updates, can run games such as Starfield on high settings no issues, runs quiet, fans run/stop when they are supposed to, plenty of usb/display ports and relatively easy to access if you want to install something like an SSD.
Cons: The graphics card is not MSI such as the one in the picture, instead it’s a “Zotac Gaming” a brand that I’ve never heard of (which isn’t much of an issue since they are virtually the same on paper)
There is one concern however, when I was mounting an SSD, I noticed one of the cables that plugged into the motherboard appears to be bending the outlet, it can be seen on the second and third picture. I am not sure if this is normal or what exactly that outlet powers, it appears it’s attached pretty well for now but it feels like the cable was pulled too tight when they were tucking away all the slack from the cables. Hopefully it’s nothing that comes loose in the future I will definitely reach out to the company to raise my concern.
Overall I pretty satisfied with this prebuilt computer, I’ve been running WoW and starfield with no issues and I feel like I got a pretty good value in terms of price and aesthetics.
