Great tool kit other than one battery is faulty according to the charger. Immediately starts hissing when plugged in to charge and the charger indicates that the battery is faulty

Drilling –
One of the batteries quit working altogether. It will not charge and shows that it is fully charged. It will not power up any tools. Something is not right with it. Not sure what.
