  1. Jim Werner Sr

These aren’t the best overall quality. Not as sturdy as other brands and be mindful that they hold 30 not 100ccs. They do the job though and are a good value.

  2. T-in-Tampa

    Perfect for medical use. Painless.

    BH Supplies Insulin Syringes
    30 Units 31G .3ml/cc 5/16″ (8mm) Pack of 100 Pcs

    PROS:

    – Triple-Sharpened Needles (completely PAINLESS)

    – Lubricated

    – Great price for 100

    – Individually Wrapped

    – Short Needles 8mm/ 5/16

    – Holds 30 Units

    CONs:

    – No Cons – these are great!

We tried various insulin syringes from Amazon and some have been truly awful! My advice is to always go with syringes from a reputable medical supply manufacturer. BD syringes were good but BH Supplies syringes are BETTER!

My mother has experienced no bruising and no discomfort using BH Supplies syringes.

    Highly recommend!

    UPDATE:

I wouldn’t “highly recommend” the BH insulin syringes now since suddenly (after placing an order via Amazon 4 times), the manufacturer will not ship to our address?! The weirdest part is that they are shipped by Amazon so this new policy has to be Amazon’s. Since we can no longer get the BH syringes shipped, we’ll have to search for a comparable syringe.

These syringes seem to pull in bubbles, and you need to repeatedly and verrrry slowly draw in the liquid to minimize it. Also, 3 or 4 in each box of these are self-emptying (a defect). So, if you like to pre-fill and cap a few in advance, watch out for this. The few, defective, self-emptying ones will immediately push the liquid out. If you test these defective syringes while they’re empty, you’ll see how they plunge themselves (after being fully drawn out).

    Overview:

Insulin syringes are commonly used for the precise administration of peptides due to their small gauge needles and accurate dosing capabilities. I have been using these insulin syringes for my peptide regimen, and here’s my detailed review based on my experience.

    Design and Build Quality:

The syringes are typically constructed from high-quality medical-grade plastic, ensuring durability and safety. The fine needles, usually 28-31 gauge, are sharp and minimize discomfort during injection. The clear barrel with legible markings ensures easy reading and accurate dosage measurement.

    Ease of Use:

The syringes are pre-sterilized and come in individual packaging, which makes them convenient to store and use. The smooth plunger action allows for precise control when drawing up and administering peptides. The smaller needle size reduces the pain and bruising often associated with injections, making the process virtually painless.

    Precision:

With insulin syringes, the fine gradations (usually in units of 0.01 ml) on the barrel are perfect for measuring small peptide doses. This precision is crucial for peptide administration, where exact dosages are essential for effectiveness and safety.

    Performance:

The syringes perform exceptionally well in terms of reliability and consistency. They are designed for single use, which ensures maximum sterility and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. The consistent needle sharpness and plunger smoothness provide a high level of comfort and control during injections.

    Pros:

    • High Precision: The fine gradations allow for accurate measurement of small doses.
    • Comfortable Use: The fine needles cause minimal discomfort.
    • Sterility: Individually packaged and pre-sterilized for safe use.
    • Durability: Made from sturdy, high-quality materials.

    Cons:

    • Single Use Only: Designed for one-time use, which means frequent purchases are necessary.
    • Limited Volume: Typically designed for small volume injections (up to 1 ml), which might not be suitable for larger doses.

    Conclusion:

Overall, insulin syringes are an excellent choice for peptide administration. Their precision, ease of use, and minimal discomfort make them ideal for those needing to administer small, accurate doses of peptides. While the single-use design and limited volume might be a drawback for some, the benefits far outweigh these minor inconveniences. If you’re looking for a reliable and easy-to-use syringe for peptides, these insulin syringes are a highly recommended option.
